This project involved the assessment of the long term needs for Martin Luther Homes. This is a masterplan for the future needs of its Independent Living Unit residents. The masterplan recommends replacement & development of new units in stages over a number of years. This will upgrade most of its existing fifty single bedroom units into a minimum of two bedroom units.

This project has evolved to a second iteration.
