This project is a new 12 bedroom (with ensuites), dementia specific unit that is an extension of Martin Luther Homes existing residential care facility. The new wing is fully equipped with kitchen, dining and living areas. This new building is designed with ESD principles including the collection of 180,000 litres of water under the building for reuse in the facility. As well, the facility has solar hot water, a large workshop storage area - a much needed requirement in aged care facilities.
